I walked with BJ most of the inspection and he answered ALL my questions, very courteous, professional. Above and beyond a usual inspection, laser level across the floor when we discovered there was 4 to 5 cracked tiles. Other inspectors would have said "oh minor settling" and moved on, but he eased my mind with getting equipment from his truck to measure the floor height difference across into that room.
